  1. OWWA membership is valid for 2 years and may be renewed on or before the expiration date.
  2. An applicant for contract verification, OWWA membership and OEC must secure an appointment before coming to MWO (click here to see requirements and appointment page).
  3. Always bring a copy of your MWO-verified contract and/or your latest contract (even if not verified by MWO) with you when travelling to the Philippines just in case other government agencies require it.

STARTING 30 JUNE 2021,  A NEW WEB-BASED PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR THE ISSUANCE OF OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT CERTIFICATES (OECs)  ​TO RETURNING OVERSEAS WORKERS/ BALIK-MANGGAGAWA (BMs), SHALL BE LAUNCHED AND IMPLEMENTED. 

THE NEW SYSTEM SHALL BE OFFICIALLY KNOWN AS THE POEA ONLINE PROCESSING SYSTEM FOR BALIK MANGGAGAWA (POPS-BaM).
