Fees:

In compliance with DMW Administrative Order 563 series of 2024​, the following Verification Fee charges shall apply starting 15 February 2025:
  • 40 Dirhams for Individual Contracts, Special Power of Attorney, Job Order, Recruitment Agreement and others (Trade License, Undertaking, No Pending Case Certificate, Affidavit of Assumption, Service Agreement)(Section 218A.a).
  • 150 Dirhams per document for the hiring of more than one (1) worker (Master Employment Contract, JOb Order, Crew Complement/Request, Recruitment/Manning Agreement, and/or Special Power of Attorney (Section 218A.b).
